BL8 Premium Connection
BL8 is used for high pressure well and ultra-deep well. It can improve resistance of inner high pressure and connection strength and resolve the problem of galling.
BL8 is with coupling, and ID of pipe end and pipe body is the same.
BL8 is 8RD, it have quicker beak-up speed.
Though small angle connection on bearing surface, low thread tooth height and small taper thread, it has better usage property
BL8 is series production, and used widely. With special thread structure, BL6/BL8 is designed for special service condition. The connection strength can reach 100% inner yield strength of pipe body.
BL8's structure
The connection strength can reach strength of pipe body. Gas seal ability is the same to inner yield pressure. Permit to many time of make-up and make-down. No Inner thread and outer thread taper fit. Longer upsetting length.
