Application areas of petroleum cracking tubes
1. Petroleum cracking unit
In the petroleum refining process, cracking reactors are used to crack large molecular hydrocarbons such as heavy oil and naphtha into small molecular chemical raw materials (such as ethylene, propylene, etc.). Petroleum cracking tubes are used to transport high-temperature media inside the cracking reactor.
2. Refinery heating furnace
During the oil refining process, petroleum cracking tubes are also widely used in heating furnaces in refineries. The heating furnace generates high temperature by burning natural gas or oil, so that the cracking reaction proceeds at high temperature. Cracking tubes are used for the transmission of high-temperature gas or liquid to ensure the smooth progress of the cracking reaction.
3. Chemical equipment
In chemical production, petroleum cracking tubes are also used in other high-temperature and high-pressure equipment, such as gas separation units, steam reformers and catalytic cracking equipment. They serve as pipe elements for heat transfer and medium transport in these devices.
