How is round steel made into seamless steel pipe?
Seamless steel pipes are made of round steel through a series of complex processes. The specific steps are as follows:
Raw material selection: First, the selection of high-quality round steel as raw materials, these round steel need to undergo strict inspection and pretreatment to ensure that it meets the production requirements.
Perforation: The treated round steel enters the perforator for perforation. Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the round steel is gradually stretched and thinned to form a hollow tubular structure, that is, the tube billet (capillary).

Follow-up treatment: The rolled seamless steel pipe also needs to go through heat treatment, straightening, cutting and inspection processes.
