1. Hot rolled seamless steel pipe
Production process:
Billet preparation: Select qualified billets for surface cleaning and cutting to the required length.

3.Extrusion seamless steel pipe
Production process:
Billet preparation: The billet is heated to a high temperature.
Extrusion: Put the heated billet into the die of the extruder, and through the pressure action of the extruder, the billet is extruded from the hole of the die to form a seamless steel pipe.
Cooling and straightening: The extruded steel pipe is cooled and straightened to eliminate deformation.

It has the advantages of high strength, high toughness and corrosion resistance.

4. Other special processes
