Surface Quality: Through the plug , mandrel and furnace temperature can control internal and external surface finish, control tube oxidation skin pits and others defect that can meet the requirements of clients
Mechanical property: through hot-rolling or heat treatment process can makes the material meets the mechanical property requirements of BS EN 10297-1:2003 and GB/8163-2008.
Others: According to the requirement of client that we can add 0.020%-0.045% sulfur in to the E355 and E470 which can improve the performance of the cylinder pipe cutting to reduce customer tool consumption. For the large caliber plunger in the market , we can as per the clients requirements to supply the upsetting cylinder billet that can reduce the client workload
