Line pipe mainly used for transportation of gas, water oil. Sour service pipeline is intended for solving the problem of cracking and leakage caused by insufficient resistance to sulfide stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen induced cracking under acidic service environment when developing in acid oil and gas exploration.
ISO 15156-1 addresses all mechanisms of cracking that can be caused by H2S, including sulfide stress cracking, stress corrosion cracking, hydrogen-induced cracking and stepwise cracking, stress-oriented hydrogen-induced cracking, soft zone cracking, and galvanically induced hydrogen stress cracking. Beilai produce line pipes according to ISO 15156.
